Jersey Boys State College & Career Fair
presented by the New Jersey Boys State Foundation
Selecting a college and career are two of the most important decisions anyone will ever make in their life, and we at Jersey Boys State do what we can to make it easier.
During each ALJBS Session, a College & Career Fair is held on Tuesday for a period of 2 and 1/2 hours.
Each year, we welcome nearly 100 colleges, universities, organizations and service academies from across the country to our program for the Fair. The event attracts all kinds of schools, from local NJ colleges to Ivy League universities, the NJ State Police to the Service Academies. Statesmen are encouraged to attend and meet with representatives of the organizations during the event.
We don't just focus on the decision, either. Jersey Boys State also offers sessions on financing your college education as well as information on the application process during the week, in addition to various seminars offered by the Military, Service Academies and ROTC.
If you are a representative of a school who is interested in attending this year's Fair, please email us using this online form or use your computer to email us @ collegefair@njbsf.org. Invites are usually sent in late-February. Our list of invitees is approaching 300, and we welcome the opportunity to further build the variety of schools, universities and organizations for our statesmen.
Below is a comprehensive list of the schools that have attended ALJBS in the five last years at Rider University. Unfortunately not all of these schools will participate and we will not have an expected guest list until the day of the event. Check back in May and June to see the list of confirmed attendees.
Look for the College & Career Fair, scheduled annually during ALJBS on Tuesday afternoon between the hours of 12:00 and 2:30pm
