2010 Gubernatorial Candidates decided!

65th Governor will be an Anthony: Covington or Williams

Gubernatorial Candidates Covington and Williams with Director David Bagtelle


With the week half way over, the 2010 delegation has been busy electing mayors, councilmen, county freeholders, state senators and by tomorrow at 3pm, the 65th ALJBS Governor. At the 2:45pm outdoor assembly on Wednesday, Director David Bagatelle announced Federalist Anthony Covington (Bordentown, Burlington County Post #26) and Nationalist Anthony Williams (Colonia, Middlesex County Post #471) as candidates for Governor. At tonight's 7:30pm assembly, each candidate will announce their running mate and candidate for Lieutenant Governor.

In the morning, all candidates will give speeches and answer questions from the full delegation prior to the afternoon vote in the Alumni Gym. By 2:45pm, the 65th ALJBS Governor and 2nd Lt. Governor will be chosen as a ticket.
