ALJBS Family Day 2017 presented by the NJBSF

Friday Picnic Meal Times and Rain Plan 2017
Unfortunately, mother nature is not allowing us our normal Family Day activities for 2017. Please see below for schedule of meals and activites. All parents can eat with their son's city number listed below - can be found at aljbs.org/results
Note: Lunch line to remain open 10:30a - 1:00p. Cities report for meals at following time:
10:30a 3, 4, 5, 6
10:45a 7, 8
11:00a 9, 10, 11, 12
11:15a 13, 14
11:25a 15, 16, 17, 18
11:40a 1, 2
City counselors should bring City sign from dorm to Daly Dining Hall
In the event of rain, Parents can congregate in the Student Recreation Center main gym area
Family Day Ticket Sales and Information Desk will be set up in the SRC Atrium
11:30a - All junior counselors and all other available staff report to Alumni Gym for chair removal
12:15p - All Cities report to Alumni Gym and load into bleachers for Silent Drill demonstration (sorry, no parents)
12:30-12:45p - US Army Silent Drill Team Demonstration
12:45 - Cities leave Alumni Gym - weather permitting, will head to retreat field for Final Retreat Ceremony or head to Student Recreation Center. All junior counselors and all other available staff remain behind to reset chairs.
1:00p - Alumni Gym: Open to Parents for Graduation Ceremony
BLC Student Center Theater, Fine Arts Yvonne Theater, Sweigart Hall 115 - Overflow viewing locations for extended family
1:05p - Final Retreat Ceremony (weather permitting) Daly Sports Fields
1:15p - Cities announced in order, procession into Alumni Gym
Note, All NJ State Police and other US Marine, US Army performances for 2017 have been cancelled. Band performance during Family Day cancelled. 5K Warm-up (race) also cancelled.
