Directions to ALJBS
The American Legion Jersey Boys State program is a week-long event held on the campus of Rider University. The 280 acre campus is located on Route 206
in Lawrenceville, NJ - 3 miles north of Trenton and 5 miles south of Princeton.

Directions from New York and North:
From the NJ Turnpike:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to exit 7A (I-195 West). Follow I-195 west to exit 1B (old exit 60B) for I-295 north toward Princeton.
Take exit 69B (old exit 7A) off of I-295N to U.S. Route 206 south (Trenton). Rider is a quarter mile on the right.
From Route 1 South:
Take the exit for Interstate I-295 North (sign says "To Pennsylvania.") Bear right at junction, following signs for I-295 north (Pennsylvania).
Take exit 69B (old exit 7A) off of I-295N to U.S. Route 206 south (Trenton). Rider is a quarter mile on the right.
From South Jersey:
From the Garden State Parkway:
Take exit 98 (I-195 west). Follow I-195 west to exit 1B (old exit 60B) for I-295 north toward Princeton.
Take exit 69B (old exit 7A) off of I-295N to U.S. Route 206 south (Trenton). Rider is a quarter mile on the right.
From I-295 North:
Take exit 69B (old exit 7A) off of I-295N to U.S. Route 206 south (Trenton). Rider is a quarter mile on the right.
From Philadelphia, South and West:
From Philadelphia:
From PA take I-295 north, straight over the Delaware River into New Jersey. Take exit 69B (old exit 7A) off of I-295S to U.S. Route 206 south (Trenton).
Rider is a quarter mile on the right.
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike east to the main Philadelphia exit 28 and follow the signs to I-295 north (New Jersey). Continue on I-295 north,
straight over the Delaware River into New Jersey. Take exit 69B (old exit 7A) off of I-295S to U.S. Route 206 south (Trenton).
Rider is a quarter mile on the right.
Registration
If arriving for Registration on Sunday, your best bet is to drive 300 yards to the south of Rider's main entrance to the "South Entrance" and
make a right into campus. Once you go through the security gate, proceed to the large parking lot off to your right, you will see the
backs of the Alumni Gym and Student Recreation Center (SRC) "RIDER BRONCS" on the buildings. The Bart Luedeke Student Center will be to your left when facing
the rear of Alumni Gym.

Seminar Speakers
Please meet the staff of ALJBS in the Alumni Gym lobby. Follow the directions above and drive 300 yards to
the south of Rider's main entrance to the "South Entrance" and make a right into campus. Once you go through the security gate, proceed to the
large parking lot off to your right. The Alumni Gym is the building with "BRONCS" on the back of it. The lobby is on the mall-side of the building accessible
from the walking path between the Student Rec Center and Alumni Gym.
Parental Sign-Out/Drop-off
If coming during the week, once on the campus of Rider University, enter the main entrance and proceed to the rear of the mall, around and to the left to the
Bart Luedeke Center. The Boys State staff are located in the Boys State Office
(Basement, Room 14).
College & Career Fair
If you are attending the Jersey Boys State College & Career Fair presented by the New Jersey Boys State Foundation on Tuesday of week-long program,
the event is held in teh Student Recreation Center. Please proceed to the South Entrance (300 yards to the south of Rider's main entrance) and
make a right into campus. Once you go through the security gate, proceed to the large parking lot off to your right, you will see the
backs of the Alumni Gym and Student Recreation Center (SRC) "RIDER BRINCS" on the buildings. There is an entrance between the buildings, enter and make a left
to proceed to the entrance to the Student Recreation Center. ALJBS and Rider staff will be there to greet you and direct you to your table.
