This feature will highlight our staff members. Comprised of volunteers, ALJBS is a "one-week vacation" from the real world and an escape to the mythical 51st state of Boys State. Mostly the staff is comprised of former delegates of the program, ranging from high school seniors to retirees. From all different backgrounds, the staff gathers at Rider University the day before Fathers' Day every year. For some, ALJBS is a one-week program while others spend the year preparing for it.
